There were more than 20 imperial troops in total, but all of them were closely armed with military standards.

The soldiers continued to move forward.
A group of bandits gathered in front of the central building and was holding a sit-in. Cars built barricades and rifles aimed at soldiers.
The brown-bearded bandit leader shouted at the soldiers.

Ignoring the man, he walked forward.
