Chapter 6 – 4. December (1)
I opened my eyes.
Gentle sunlight through the velvet curtains on the window next to the bed softly illuminates the room. The quiet chirping of the morning birds raised my consciousness from a deep sleep.

He let out a long yawn and looked at the ‘clock’ on the table. Shaped like a globe, it announced the current time by illuminating the afterglow of blue magical energy.

A thick, fluffy blanket was placed over her neck and covered with it. I really liked this quilt. If you enjoy the warm and soft sensation that touches your skin, you will fall into a comfortable and deep sleep without knowing it.

She reigned as the first Empress of the Cairos Empire and ruled her kingdom for decades until her death.
This is what I learned in the history class that started last week.
