Chapter 45: Never Bully Me Again
Shen Chengjing returned to Moh Park. She paced back and forth in the hall barefoot, running back to her room and closing the door behind her.
Moh Yanchen approached her room. There was a post-it note on its door.
‘Moh Yanchen, don’t bully me again!’
A hint of a smile unconsciously appeared between his brows. He pushed the door open and walked in. The room was dark. The moonlight from outside the window shone in, casting its glow on the bed. It felt surreal.
He walked steadily towards the side of the bed.
Standing by the bed, he quietly sized up the sleeping person. His dark eyes dimmed slightly. His fingertips brushed past her face, and the corners of his mouth curled up into a strange arc.
“Shen Chengjing.” He could not help but call out her name.
Her lips were pursed tightly, and there was a hint of fatigue on her face. In the dark night, his heart was beating very fast, as if it was about to burst out of his chest. It was frighteningly rapid.
“It’s you.” It was like a promise, to him and to her.
His slender fingers caressed the tip of her nose, her cherry lips and all the way down. He did not hesitate to use his hands.
“No… No…” In her sleep, Shen Chengjing suddenly felt fear.
She kicked the quilt in a panic, her small hands flapping randomly. She kept struggling, as if she was trapped by something. She wanted to escape, but she could not do anything.
“Mom, save me. Please come and save me.” She reached out and held his big palm tightly. Crystal tears rolled down, and her voice became a sob.
She suddenly started crying, as if something sad had touched her.

“Don’t be afraid, don’t be afraid.” He sat on the bed. His big palm hesitated for a moment, then gently patted her back.
“Slap!”
Shen Chengjing suddenly raised her hand and gave him a hard slap. The smile on Moh Yanchen’s lips stiffened. It was the first time in his life that he had been hit by a woman.
She became more and more restless. Moh Yanchen’s frown deepened. Looking at her flustered expression, he bent down slightly.
“Mmm… Mmm…” She kept shaking her head, as if two forces were pulling at her. Finally, she started responding to him gently, until she walked out of the nightmare.
Feeling that she was no longer struggling, and that her breathing was stable, he ended the kiss.
“Damn it.” His body felt as if it was being burned by a ball of fire, making him unable to get a hold on himself. His body’s reaction was already out of his control.
“Bang!” He got up and walked into the bathroom. He slammed the door and sprinkled cold water on his body.
The fire of desire within his body was extinguished by the cold water. However, the sight of her sleeping soundly was like a spring scene, constantly seeping into his mind and lingering there for a long time.
“Moh Yanchen, she’s still a child,” he said to himself in a deep voice.
He held his breath, not knowing how much time had passed before he regained his calm.
Shen Chengjing, sleeping soundly, did not know that she had gotten herself into trouble. She had a deep sleep without any dreams.
Moh Yanchen walked out of the bathroom. Seeing that his phone was constantly vibrating, he picked up the call.
“Brother Chen, come out and have a drink.” On the other end of the phone, his good friend’s voice sounded.
He did not hesitate. After hanging up the phone, he took his coat and walked out. Tonight, he really needed to relax. Otherwise, he would be like a wild beast, swallowing her alive!
Having been in the army for many years, he had long been used to controlling his various emotions. However, in front of her, he had failed.
