Chapter 1: Planning for Her Downfall
The night engulfed the land, and bright lights just lit up.
In the dark night, it felt like a conspiracy was going on within the Shen Family’s mansion in the luxurious residential community located at the second golden zone of A City.
Shen Chengjing walked into the house with light steps; she was in a good mood.
The house was eerily quiet and empty, but she didn’t think much of it. In the darkness, she groped her way into her room.
“Auch!” She felt a force coming toward her, and she got pushed down.
“Qiang? Is it you?”
Mo Yongqian didn’t speak as he looked at her with chilly eyes. He grabbed her pale wrist and dragged her up.
“Of course it’s me. I have waited for you for a long time,” he sounded weird, and his eyes looked terrifyingly vicious.
“You are strange today. What is going on? Let me go.” Shen Chengjing was astonished by his rudeness and couldn’t react right away.
She had been going out with Mo Yongqian for one year, and they were very polite with each other. The most intimate thing they had done was holding hands, but his actions tonight surprised her.
“Let you go? Do you think I will do that?” After saying that, he grabbed her arm and tossed her to one side.
“Mo Yongqiang, you b*stard! What do you want to do? Let me go, or else! Don’t make me hate you.” She clenched her teeth and looked at this man resentfully.
Mo Yongqian gazed at her with squinted eyes. He said with a wicked and evil smile, “What do I want to do? Don’t you know? Since it is your dream to enter the entertainment industry, why can’t I be the one instead of letting someone else take advantage of you?”
After saying that, he lowered his head and grabbed her chin forcefully.
Bam! Alarmed, Shen Chengjing stared at him while her entire body tensed up. His words struck her hard like an iron bar. He thought of her this way!
“Go to hell!” She kicked him hard.
Pained, Mo Yongqiang grabbed her neck and gave her a hard slap. Shen Chengjing got disoriented by the blow.

She widened her eyes and stared at him in disbelief. The man who claimed to be in love with her had struck her and even wanted to take advantage of her? Looking at his wicked expression, she grabbed the crystal ball on the desk and hit him on the back of his head with it.
Mo Yongqian looked up at her with disbelief in his eyes, then he slumped to one side and smashed into the desk.
“If you come any closer, I will call the police.” Horrified, Shen Chengjing got up in panic and looked at the unconscious Mo Yongqiang.
When she walked past him, she saw blood flowing out of the back of his head. She was terrified.
She ran out of the door to get a doctor without thinking, but she heard faint voices from the next room..
“Uncle!” She ran over and was about to knock.
“Shen Chengjing must die.” Shen Zhicai’s voice came out through the door.
Shen Chengjing stepped back in disbelief, thinking that she had heard it wrong. But the voice was indeed her uncle’s. What wrong did she do that her family members wanted her dead?
“Dad, she will be relieved if she dies! She has oppressed us for years, and we must pay it back. I want her life to be so miserable that she’ll wish for death.” Shen Ziqian continued, “After Mo Yongqiang succeeds, we’ll barge in and appear at the right time. Tomorrow, we’ll force her to get the marriage certificate with Mo Yongqiang and then control Mo Yongqiang. After that, all the money in the Shen Family will be ours.”
“What’s your plan?” Pan Ru looked at her smart daughter and asked curiously.
“I planted a camera in her room, and it will capture her intercourse with Qiang. Tomorrow, after we force her to get the marriage certificate with Qiang, I’ll post the video online. She’ll be ruined,” Shen Ziqian said with a confident smile.
